We’re intentionally small. With just 8 residents, our team truly knows each person—their history, routines, preferences, and quirks. This allows us to provide:

A direct line of communication to the owner, nurses and care staff

Our all-inclusive rate starts at $6,500 per month. This includes:

24/7 awake staffing and supervision
Personalized dementia care
Assistance with personal care and daily tasks such as dressing, bathing and mobility
Medication management
Home-cooked meals and snacks
Housekeeping and laundry
Activities and life enrichment
Basic utilities

Monthly rates depend on the level of care and room type. After we complete an assessment, we’ll provide a clear, written rate that outlines what’s included. There are absolutely no hidden fees and no surprises with our services.

At Legacy Pines, we provide advanced assisted living and memory care services customized to each resident's needs. We provide assistance with daily activities, medication management, mobility support and dementia - specific programming. Our goal is to support residents through the full journey of aging, adjusting care as needs change so they can remain at Legacy Pines. We work closely with families and providers to avoid unnecessary moves whenever possible.

Home Health, Hospice & End-of-Life Support We partner with local home health, therapy and hospice agencies so residents can comfortably age in place without another move. As their needs progress, we can partner with local hospice agency to provide comfort-focused, end-of-life care in the familiar surroundings of Legacy Pines. Our team coordinates with hospice nurses, aides, and chaplains to support both the resident and their family during this time.

Families find peace and comfort knowing that their loved one can remain at Legacy Pines throughout their journey.

Yes, absolutely. Familiar furniture, photos, and personal items help residents feel at home—especially those living with dementia. We’ll help you plan what fits best and what is safest for your loved one.

Yes. Many residents use long-term care insurance policies to help cover the cost of care. We are happy to provide the documentation you need to submit claims to your insurance company.
